Matrix Result Buffer
Store four result elements until the consumer accepts the complete output tile.
Task
Capture C00..C11 on `capture`, assert `valid`, hold results under backpressure, and clear valid on `ready` handshake.
Examples
- capture=1 stores all four results and valid=1.
- valid=1, ready=0 keeps results stable.
Constraints
- Capture atomically.
- Do not clear valid until ready.
- Synchronous reset.
Accelerator verification checklist
- Exercise zero, maximum positive and negative operands where signed data is used.
- Check exact bit growth and make overflow or saturation behavior intentional.
- Verify reset, enable, valid and pipeline alignment cycle by cycle.
- Send back-to-back data to confirm the advertised throughput.
