Compare each retired architectural register write with the reference model.
Task
Implement a UVM scoreboard analysis write method that ignores x0 writes and reports a mismatch when retired rd_value differs from the expected register value.

- Complete the required behavior and preserve it under the stated control conditions.
Constraints
- Use synthesizable SystemVerilog unless this is a verification-only stage.
